1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and winxbox ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the winxbox website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, logging in to your winxbox account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to comply with them. • You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on winxbox at any time. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a current active ban imposed by winxbox.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party when placing bets or operating your account.

winxbox reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on winxbox are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.

Deposits: winxbox accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your winxbox account instantly or within a short processing window.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winxbox processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, which may vary depending on your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or account activity appears unusual.

Currency & Conversion: Where cryptocurrency is used, conversion rates to MYR are applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. winxbox is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting winxbox support constitutes a breach of these Terms. winxbox reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any disputed transaction.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, winxbox offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All such promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all winxbox promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

winxbox is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets using knowledge of predetermined outcomes or non-public information relating to any event.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets with the primary intent of guaranteed profit rather than entertainment.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, access accounts, or scrape data from the winxbox platform.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual or entity.
• Money Laundering: Using winxbox for any activity that could constitute money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity. winxbox is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

winxbox employs advanced fraud detection technology and human review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, winxbox may suspend the account, reverse affected transactions, report the matter to law enforcement, and pursue civil remedies as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the winxbox platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of winxbox or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winxbox platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any winxbox content without prior written consent from winxbox.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winxbox and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

winxbox makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection are secure.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5;

Upon closure of your account, any funds held in your account balance (net of voided bonuses and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. winxbox will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a legitimate account suspension.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws under which winxbox's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through winxbox's internal customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact winxbox customer support in writing and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the matter to be reviewed and resolved internally. winxbox will provide a written response to all formal complaints within this period.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

winxbox may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
